Hotel Valley Ho’s executive chef, Charles Wiley, was recently honored with the Arizona Hotel & Lodging Association “Stars of the Industry” Award for Outstanding Manager of the Year for 2008.  Chef Wiley was awarded  for his outstanding leadership qualities, dedicated work ethic, and continual support to his employees in the category for medium sized properties (101-300 rooms). This awards program was created over 40 years ago to recognize superb accomplishments in various categories in the lodging industry.

Chef Wiley, a culinary expert for over 35 years, oversees Cafe ZuZu, Trader Vic’s, OH Pool Bar and in-room dining on the Hotel Valley Ho property.
