Try the "money for cans" machines in the parking lots of some grocery stores. I believe there's one in the Sunflower parking lot at Miller and Camelback roads in downtown Scottsdale. The streets are cleaner and everyone makes out. I would think if NYC can do it, so can we. In tough times people can use the few cents it brings in and the enviroment is all the better.
