Today’s difficult economic conditions have left many meeting planners asking “Can my group afford to meet in Scottsdale?” Now with Scottsdale’s new Room Rate Challenge*, you can’t afford not to!
Simply submit a proposal to the Scottsdale CVB from any hotel or resort property from across the contiguous U.S. (except Maricopa County), Hawaii, Canada, or Caribbean and the Scottsdale CVB will work with comparable Scottsdale properties to meet or beat the room rate, dates, meeting facility space and room night requirements. This program is valid for new meetings booked and actualized in Scottsdale through March 31, 2010. This is an outstanding opportunity to take advantage of rates never seen before in our city’s history while also enjoying convenient and affordable air access, sunny weather, the unmatched beauty of the Sonoran Desert landscape and an environment where attendees can get down to business.
