Not only is Scottsdale the official host city for the Fiesta Bowl, we also host one of the Insight Bowl teams (we’ll find out later today, which team UPDATE: Kansas and their Alumni will stay in Scottsdale). While it still remains to be seen how this game will play out, we are excited to offer fans from Kansas and Minnesota a break from the cold.
