Delight in an end-of-the-week treat at deseo located at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa. Every Thursday evening, take a spot in one of the 12 front row seats in deseo for exclusive ceviche tastings. Watch deseo’s expert chef personally prepare samplings of popular recipes such as the Millionaire Taco, made with Japanese Kewpie marinated lobster and hamachi, served on yucca taco shells and finished with chili oil-marinated ahi tuna and pickled jalapenos. Enjoy a glass of champagne or wine while you learn more about the tasty dishes or come early for a drink in deseo’s Muddle Bar and enjoy live painting by resident artist, Nelson Garcia-Miranda. deseo will close for the summer on July 26 and will reopen again Sept. 2.
