Bourbon Steak at the Fairmont Scottsdale

Celebrate Sundays with family and friends to become part of a new tradition at BOURBON STEAK’s Sunday Brunch Unplugged. Guests can enjoy the award-winning cuisine of acclaimed chef Michael Mina and his team, and the live entertainment by local musician Nick Heward, guitar-picking his own brand of folk music.  Brunch begins with a complimentary trio of hot, homemade Cinnamon, Chocolate, and Lemon Curd-filled Doughnuts made to order.  Chef Michael Mina has created a menu of fresh dishes for his brunch offerings ($11-$25) all served a la carte to come out of the kitchen fresh and hot!  Too, a unique brunch feature is the Market Brunch menu, an interactive, create-your-own menu with salads ($14 for ten ingredients) and Hickman Egg Farm Omelets ($19) with an array of organic vegetables, cheeses, and meats.
