Poor service and attitude seem to be the trend. Very entertaining responce from the GM.

Troy, I’m apologize you had a negative experience at Avalon.
I understand you are upset at the fact of not being able to use the Restaurant.com certificate with our special Pre-Fixe menu option. Although it is listed on the certificate not valid with specials and promotions, we would like to make things right for you and invite you to experience Avalon once again on us. I do NOT recommend this place for the price your better off going to McDonald’s at least you’ll get better service same quality food and a friendly smile!!!! Oh and the manager at Avalon needs replaced he does NOT know how to deal with customers!!
